INTRODUCTION MYSELF

My picture when I celebrate Birthday 22 with my family at Desaru

I Nor Azira Binti Mohamad Isa. I from Johor Jaya some part of Johor Bahru area. I 22 years old and also third year’s student form Human Resource. My missions in my life are learning something new experience and challenge myself to be creative and change my weakness to the positive action. I love my family, I have small family, that mean father, mothers and only one younger brother. I always share my problem with family such as academic, friend and relationship. My family is sporting person and always give advise to me when I have the problem.

I same with you all, study at primary and secondary school but I not qualify to enter the University with SPM result. So I continues my study to STPM level at Sek. Taman daya. For me this is second chance GOD give to me for me work hard and can entering the University. Alhamullilah, Now I at University Technology Malaysia on Human Resource Course.

I also the sport girl because during the primary school I athletes hokey and netball. for hokey I won forth place on Southern Zone. For secondary school, I choose softball as the my sport career and i won silver medal on Pasir Gudang Zone.Because of excited with sport I take the examination for be executive technical KOAM ( Kesatuan Olahraga Amatur Malaysia) at form 6. Now at UTM I join ROTU (Reserve Officer Training Unit). InsyaAllah I will be Lefternan Muda Next year.

What interesting about me? I think about my experience. I know all people have their on experience but for me with my experience I can know what my strength also. So I want to share about My experience. OK let to see what my experience...

My experience, I as the promoter

Working as promoter, I get experience how to communication with customer because people have different personality, religion and language. Beside that, with the good service we will increase the organization profit. Profit is important for the business. So we must know how to give the customer satisfaction about the organization such as soft skill. For example soft skill is communication, body language, smile, and how to attract to customer to buy the organization product. Beside that, I just not promote the product to customer but I have done the procedure goods entry and exit such check whether the product valid with the organization give and the quantity product must same with the document. With this experience I think my strength is communication and I learn the procedure goods entry and exit.

My Experience with Practical Training

In practical training, my department is human resource management in Giant Plentong and my section is payroll. With practical training I learn about function such as how the organization recruits the new employee for insert the empty position because organization can not hire the employee it will. Organization has their budget to hire the employee. Beside that, I know what the document organization need with the new employees such as Letter of appointment, photo, copy NRIC, certificate, personal data, family data, and number of bank account (for salary). So with the experience I can develop and use for my future such as for interview after the graduate.

My experience about ROTU (Reserve Officer Training Unit)

ROTU, my strength for ROTU because not everyone like be army but I challenge my self to learn something new such as how to use weapon, the tactic in the war, how to defend myself and group member. ROTU give me more experience to survive my self and confident about the decision I choose because the decision not just for me but for my member also. For me same with the organization, the manager must choose the good decision because this will influence the organization management and profit. This experience more about leadership function. So I think various strength is good.

I hope One day, all my knowledge and my experience can be use with the future. For example the new think I learn is How to create the blog. For me, in the technology era the blog is suitable to increase the student learning because with the technology the student can get the information fast. Beside that, the blog is the one other medium can student share their experience about the subject. So I thank you to our lecture because give some new assignment use the technology system. I think this assignment suitable use the system because the subject also related with the system that are Human Resource Information system (HRIS).

HRIS is one system database the organization use for Human Resource department to manage their employees. The Function Of HRIS utility to Payroll, Selection, recruitment, Human Resource Development and Financial. With the database the HR executive can update or record all employees data more efficiency. HRIS also give more advantage to the business company to promote their product with their own website. so this will increase the organization profit and low the organization cost.
